Donation Request Form
Hairy Cow Brewing Company is proud to give back by supporting area organizations that strengthen our community. We are committed to fostering a culture of social responsibility, collaboration, and active engagement. Our contributions focus on the following:
- Byron and Ogle County–based programs
- Youth, educational, and environmental initiatives
- Law enforcement and veteran organizations
- Cultural and artistic efforts that enrich the lives of those we serve
We receive a LOT of requests for sponsorships and donations. While we will try to support your organization, please understand we cannot honor all requests. Requests must be submitted at least one month prior to your event. Someone from your organization will have to pick-up the donation from the HCB taproom. If you do not hear from us within 3-5 days, it means we are unable to donate to your organization at this time.
Donations are limited to HCB branded merchandise and gift cards. We cannot donate draft beer.
We are unable to provide support for the following:
- Non 501(c) organizations
- Networking events, mixers, and conferences
- Events hosted by a retail company to bring attention to the company, its products, or services
